"Quick replies and super easy to work with"
I reached out to Starbright NYC with a few questions, and they got back to me fast, which I really appreciated. I didn’t have to keep following up or chase anyone down, and their answers were clear and straightforward. It just made the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

"Starbright did the flowers for our party..."
Starbright did the flowers for our party, and I swear it felt like the room transformed the second everything was set up. They showed up right on time, the flowers looked fresh and absolutely perfect, and the whole setup was so nicely done. I was expecting it to be one more thing to worry about, but it ended up being the easiest part of the event.

"Really fresh flowers, pleasantly surprised"
I ordered flowers from Starbright Floral Design for my sister they showed up looking way fresher than I expected. No droopy sad petals, no weird smell, nothing like that. The roses actually opened up really nicely the next day, which was kind of fun to check on while I was making coffee. Random side note, I always forget how much fresh flowers can change the whole vibe of a room, even if the rest of the place is a mess. They lasted longer than I thought they would too, so overall I was happy with the order and would definitely use them again.

"Nice layout, though I was a little unsure at first"
I took a look through starbrightnyc.com, it has a really clean look. The photos are clear, the pages don’t feel cluttered, and I was able to find most things quickly, even though at first I wasn’t totally sure where I should click.
Overall, it gives a good first impression. It’s simple and neat without trying too hard, which I liked, though I did have a brief moment of being like, wait, am I in the right section? Still, it was easy enough to browse

"I was hoping to personalize my order..."
I was hoping to personalize my order a little more, but the options ended up being basic. It turned out fine overall, just not as personal as I thought it would be. I also wish the instructions were clearer, because I wasn’t totally sure what choices I had or how specific I could be

"Mostly Got it Right"
My order was pretty much fine, but one item was Wrong. Not the end of the world, just a little Annoying.

"Didn’t expect same-day to actually happen, but it did"
I ordered flowers last minute and wasn’t convinced they’d make it the same day, even though that’s what it said. But somehow they did. My sister sent me a picture and they looked really nice too. I’m usually skeptical about stuff like this, but I was really glad it worked out.

"Decent, but a bit pricey"
It’s okay overall, I guess. The value isn’t bad, but for the price I was kind of expecting a little more... It does the job, just not sure I’d call it a great deal.

"Not great for our anniversary"
I ordered these for our anniversary the flowers looked underwhelming when they arrived. I was expecting something closer to what was shown, but it felt a bit sparse and not very special. Also, I didn’t love how the terms seemed to change along the way, what I thought I was getting didn’t really match the final experience. Just kind of disappointing overall.

"Fresh flowers, but the arrangement felt off"
The flowers were definitely fresh, I’ll give them that. But the arrangement itself just didn’t really come together for me. It looked a little messy, and I kept thinking maybe it would look better once I moved it around, but no, not really. For what I paid, I was expecting something prettier and more polished.

"Cool ideas, just a little cluttered"
I really liked the fresh, creative feel of some of the designs and could tell there was a lot of effort put into them. That said, a few sections felt a bit too busy, and some parts came across like they were borrowed from other styles rather than fully original. Still, there are definitely some strong ideas here, and with a little more polishing, I think it could look really great.

"Delivery was slow"
I ordered from starbrightnyc.com and yeah, the item did show up, so that was fine. But the delivery was slow, like slower than I expected, and it was just kind of annoying waiting around. The tracking was there, but it barely updated, so that made it feel even slower. The product itself was fine, no real complaint there, but the shipping really could’ve been better. Just slow delivery, not terrible, but definitely slow.

"I checked out Starbright Floral Design the selection..."
I checked out Starbright Floral Design the selection was decent. I did find a few things I was looking for, and some categories actually had more options than I expected... which was a nice surprise.
That said, a couple of products were either out of stock or just not there at all, so I ended up checking other sites too. It’s not a bad site by any means... just kind of average for me. I’d probably like it more if they added a wider range of products

"Had to chase them down for help"
Customer service was slow. I waited a while for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really solve anything. I felt like I had to put in way too much effort just to get a basic answer.

"Nice flowers, but the delivery was late"
My friend did like the flowers and said they looked pretty, so that was good. I was a little annoyed that the delivery showed up later than I expected, though. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not exactly impressive. Since the recipient was happy, I’d still give it 3 stars

"I had a small problem with my order..."
I had a small problem with my order and emailed them about it, maybe the same day it arrived or the day after, I can’t remember. Either way, they got back to me quicker than I was expecting and fixed it without turning it into a whole big process. Really appreciated how easy it was. I’d order from them again.

"Ordering was sorta more annoying than I expected"
I tried placing an order online, and it was sorta not as smooth as I hoped. Some pages loaded a little slow, and the checkout got confusing in a few spots. I did end up getting it done, but I had to go back a couple times to fix things. the site could be easier to use
